A leader is not only able to influence others, but they are also dedicated to growth. The growth is within the leader, and from their example, others around them grow. This ability to lead by example is something intentional, and must be carried out with a purpose and desired result.
A good leader will have a vast balance of attributes as well. These attributes will vary from leader to leader, but each one should be self-aware of their strengths and areas of improvement. By this self-awareness, the leader will be better suited to influence others in a positive and fulfilling way.
