“The Leadership Journey is a program that does not focus on the traditional approach to leadership skills: “you need to do this to be a better leader.” Rather, it focuses on the preferences that a leader has for leading, listening, managing conflict, and developing personal relationships.It identifies the strengths and the weakness of those preferences, and provides suggestions on how to minimize each weakness, and how to NOT overuse each strength (which would result in a weakness!).
