The Leadership Journey

PeopleTek’s cornerstone solution is the Leadership Journey. This coach-led program is energizing, engaging, and highly effective for developing new, emerging, and experienced leaders. 

During the 12 interactive group sessions and one private coaching session, leaders are guided to develop their skills by using tried and true tools, techniques, and workshops.

PeopleTek has created the Leadership Journey Compass to assist in leader development. Our Executive Coaches introduce the 12 points of this compass that represent the 12 key behaviors all effective leaders must develop. 

Leaders will finish each session with greater self-awareness, a better understanding of strengths, improved confidence, and sense of direction as a leader. During the Journey, leaders will create a defined Vision, Mission, Goals and Measures statement and will use strategic managerial tactical skills to help them further attain their Vision.
